Enrolling Your Child

Prospective parents/caregivers are invited to contact the school office on 07-576 5105 to make a time to visit.  We will arrange for two Student Leaders to take you for a tour of the school, including our specialist classes. A member of our senior management team will endeavour to meet with you as well.

Ōtūmoetai Intermediate School has two options for enrolling your child:

Option One

Complete the enrolment process online.

Online Enrolments

Once your enrolment has been processed a confirmation of enrolment letter will be sent to you via email. If you have any problems regarding your child’s enrolment (either hard copy or online, please do not hesitate to contact the school office on 07-576 5105).

Option Two

Complete a hard copy enrolment form by downloading and printing the forms from the links below or you can collect an enrolment pack from our school office.

To return your child’s hard copy enrolment forms to Ōtūmoetai Intermediate School you can deliver or post them to Ōtūmoetai Intermediate School, 5 Charles Street, Bellevue, Tauranga 3110.

Out of Zone Enrolments

Please note that from 1 st January 2024 our enrolment zone has changed. Our zone now finishes at the Tauranga side of the Wairoa Bridge/River and at the intersection of Moffat and Cambridge Roads.

Stationery

Parents are expected to provide stationery for all school programmes.  Back to school stationery lists are loaded and ready to go for online ordering at Bay Office Products Depot and OfficeMax from 11th November 2024.

We encourage you to buy your stationery before school begins on 3rd February 2025.

Bay Office Products Depot

Order your back to school stationery with Bay Office Products Depot before 10th January 2025 and be in to win one of 10 x $100 prezzy cards!

Ordering your child’s stationery is easy – head to nzschoolshop.co.nz/ and enter Ōtūmoetai Intermediate to order your stationery.  If you prefer to shop in store, all stationery requirements will be ready for purchase from 16th December 2024 at 20 Christopher Street, Tauranga.

OfficeMax

By ordering in December, you’ll be able to choose to receive your order straight away or after you get home from holiday in January. In addition, all orders placed online in December will go into a draw to win $1,000 cash!

It’s easy to shop online at www.myschool.co.nz/OtuInter. Just enter your child’s name and follow the instructions on the easy-to-use website (please note that the student ID field is not required).

If you prefer you can call the OfficeMax MySchool team on 0800 724 440 Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm.
