Enrolment packs and all relevant information for 2024 enrolments will be available from the beginning of Term 3.
Enrolment packs for 2024 will be delivered to our contributing schools for their Year 6 students to take home – Bellevue School, Brookfield School, Matua School, Ōtūmoetai Primary School, Bethlehem School and Pillans Point School. If your child does not attend any of these schools, please contact Ōtūmoetai Intermediate to have a pack posted out or feel free to call into the school office to collect one from the beginning of Term 3.
The Board has determined that up to 50 places will be available for out of zone students next year.
We have our 2024 Information and Open Evening on Wednesday 23rd August 2023 from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm – starting in the school hall. Come along to find out about our school and view our class programmes in action.
If you are unable to make our Open Evening on 23rd August 2023, prospective parents/caregivers are invited to contact the school office on 07-576 5105 to make a time to visit. We will arrange for two Student Leaders to take you for a tour of the school, including our specialist classes. A member of our senior management team will endeavour to meet with you as well.
Ōtūmoetai Intermediate School has two options for enrolling your child for 2024:
Option One: Complete the enrolment process online.

Once your enrolment has been processed a confirmation of enrolment letter will be sent to you via email. If you have any problems regarding your child’s enrolment (either hard copy or online, please do not hesitate to contact the school office on 07-576 5105).
Option Two: Complete a hard copy enrolment form by downloading and printing from our website.
To return your child’s hard copy enrolment forms to Ōtūmoetai Intermediate School you can deliver or post them to Ōtūmoetai Intermediate School, 5 Charles Street, Bellevue, Tauranga 3110
Return them to your child’s primary school (if a contributing school).
2024 Enrolment Applications are due at Ōtūmoetai Intermediate School by Friday 15th September 2023
Please note that our enrolment zone for 2024 has changed. Our zone now finishes at the Tauranga side of the Wairoa Bridge/river and now finishes at the intersection of Moffat and Cambridge Roads. A detailed map can be found under the ‘About Us – School Zone’ tab.
Stationery packs can be purchased from Office Max (online only). Office Max offer a flexible option so you only need to order the stationery you require. Other items are also available for purchase. Alternatively, you can call in to the Bay Office Products Depot at 20 Christopher Street, Tauranga to purchase one of our stationery packs.
Stationery packs will be available from these suppliers from 6th November 2023.
You are also more than welcome to buy the stationery elsewhere at a local supplier, eg Warehouse Stationery, etc. For a full list of our stationery requirements, please visit our website at www.otuinter.school.nz.
We encourage you to buy your stationery before school begins on 31st January 2023.
